At Rumi, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you have any issues with your order please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

1. Opened Products: No returns accepted.
2. Unopened Products: Returns may be considered if requested within 3 days under the following conditions:

• The product must be unopened and undamaged.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

     3. Damaged Items: Please report any damage within 3 days with photos for a potential replacement or refund.

     4. Incorrect Orders: Notify us within 3 days for corrections at no cost.

     5. Missing Items: Contact us within 3 days for resolution.

     6. International Orders: Subject to customs fees, which we do not cover.
