Your order is an offer to buy, and we may decline it at our discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change. Payment must be received before we accept your order. We accept various payment methods.

3. Shipping
We arrange shipping, and handling costs are your responsibility. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds
Opened or used products cannot be returned. For unopened products, contact us within 3 days of receipt to request a return. Conditions apply for refunds.

5. Liability
Products are provided “as is.” We’re not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate Kuwaiti courts.
